Normally, all products that have been purchased and received are not eligible for refund.
We will examine and consider a refund request if it is made within 3 (three) working days after you received the product.
A product is considerable for refund only if it is defective for which we are responsible, such as misdescribed based on the product description, and has stain or dirt on the product.
You have to return the unworn product to us and we will process your refund within 7 (seven) working days after we receive the return item.
Refund will include full amount paid for the product and shipping cost to you. However, we do not reimburse the cost incurred when you return the product.
